With over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector, Lorena Jimenez Lopez has developed and executed business development strategies across tax, corporate, funds, and investment migration sectors.
As a prominent speaker, sponsor, and media partner at numerous industry events, Lorena has established herself as a key figure in the field.
She has worked with high-net-worth individuals, sovereign funds, international banks, and multinational corporations, helping them streamline their corporate and fund structures to optimize tax exposure and operational efficiency. Notably, Lorena played a pivotal role in attracting new fund licensing clients to Cyprus’ emerging funds sector in 2009.
Her expertise spans corporate and investment migration matters across jurisdictions including Cyprus, Luxembourg, the BVI, Cayman Islands, Greece, Spain, the UK, UAE, Mauritius, Singapore, and Portugal, among others.
Since founding Civitas Post, she has been delivering tailored marketing solutions to government agencies and industry leaders, enhancing their visibility and impact in the global marketplace.

Born in Colombia, Lorena has lived in a variety of countries, including Australia, Cyprus, England, Ethiopia, Germany, Scotland, and Vietnam. Her diverse international experience has given her a broad perspective and a deep understanding of global markets. Fluent in both English and Spanish, and with conversational skills in Greek and French, she is a true global citizen. Outside of work, she is passionate about advocacy, particularly in championing gender equality and animal rights.
